Cancellation Policy
Strict
Cancellation is not allowed once the booking is finally confirmed under this policy. Exceptions: disasters, complaints, or host approval to cancel with service fee deduction (guest must agree).
Moderate
Guest may cancel up to 4 days before check-in (e.g. booked on 6th, can cancel until end of 2nd; from 3rd cannot). Exception: complaint or host approval with service fee non-refundable.
Flexible
Guest may cancel up to 2 days (48 hours) before check-in. After that cancellation is not allowed per policy. Exception: complaint or host approval with service fee non-refundable.
Free
Guest may cancel until 12:00 noon on check-in day. After 12:00 cancellation is not allowed per policy. Exception: complaint or host approval with service fee non-refundable.
